Nuuk Airport (IATA: GOH, ICAO: BGGH) serves as the transport hub for Nuuk, the capital of Greenland. Managed by Mittarfeqarfiit, the airport mainly operates as a technical base and focus city for Air Greenland. Despite the town’s size, space constraints and harsh weather conditions present challenges for the airport which does not allow for flights connecting with Denmark or other countries in or out of Greenland. Developments are in the pipeline, however, and it is projected that by 2024 a larger, 2200 meter runway airport will be built in order to provide reliable livewebcam.cam access to and from Nuuk.
