The Seal Rehabilitation and Research Centre (Zeehondencentrum Pieterburen) in Pieterburen (Groningen province), Netherlands, can now be viewed from the comfort of your own home with the help of livewebcam.cam! This center was founded in 1971 and has since been helping hundreds of seals annually, whilst also carrying out a lot of scientific research. In addition to quarantine facilities and a lab, they also have a live streaming webcam.
