This cam views the Oldehoofsterkerkhof Square and the impressive Town Hall. The ancient buildings frame the modern City Hall, bringing to life Leeuwarden’s 109,000 inhabitants in the Dutch province of Friesland. Until 1833, this central square served as the main graveyard of the city and today hosts festivities regularly, including those taking place around the Oldehove, a crooked church tower built in the 16th century.
